Our old toaster recently died and Mrs. William came home with a Proctor Silex toaster that she spotted while shopping for Thanksgiving goods. The piece of crap wouldn't even work straight out of the box. Other than the fact that it wouldn't work, it was obviously made from tinfoil and plastic. Not at all like the old industrial strength toaster that had a good chance of surviving a nuclear explosion.
She is convincing about the Breville... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ia6bq7Uog_Q#t=139 William |

I'm on a slow web connection so I didn't watch the video and don't know what model you're talking about, but a while back I got my sister a Breville smart mini-oven thingy as temporary replacement for her full-size over and she loves it.

Dragging this up again...
I was looking for a convection microwave, but I have a perfectly good microwave so I thought maybe just add a toaster oven. The Brevilles.... do you think they could sit on top of a "normal" sized microwave? |

The Breville comes in two sizes and believe that both have convection capabilities.
I have the lager one and rarely us my regular stove the thing works so well. A little pricey but built like a tank and well worth the price. |
