Looks a lot like the San Lorenzo I raced on 10 years ago. Great race bike that wouldn't make you cry if you wrecked it.

I had a Bianchi Impulso a couple years ago. Hydroformed aluminum. Great geometry. Rode great. Just as well as my CAAD9 and as others mentioned, didn't break the bank. I would race one of these.

partner still rides 2006 Bianchi Axis cross bike, black & celeste... no original parts (switched to Veloce + Tektro 720 cantis), ran ALX 320 9 speed with 10 sp levers until $$$ enough to switch over, made it thru RAGBRAI twice, NYC commuting, western NC mountains + gravel etc... All praise Bianchi and 2006!
