Got some record/athena 1x shifters here from the forum. Also a NIB athena 11 long cage rear derailleur.

More of a commuter/utility purchase. Yes 6800 rear shifter still seems to eat cables (although more slowly than last gen).

I didn't take a picture of it, but it was an iced coffee towards the end of my ride. The whole point of all the other stuff is to have that great feeling enjoying the feeling at the end of a ride (and the time during the ride too).

I was at the Iceman race Expo and picked up a set of Bar Mitts, well two sets one for the road bike and one for the mountain bike. It's amazing how these things keep your hands. I picked up a cheap snowmobile pair last winter to try out.
