The chain tension is solved with an eccentric bottom bracket.
It's described here: http://nomusic.net/?p=16

Didn't take the Spooky. This is officially a gravel bike. 25mm tires and all.

The Signal has been re-vamped with Campy 11sp, Paul Racers, HED Belgium-Record wheels with 28mm GP 4-Seasons for regular dirt and gravel. A pair of 27mm Challenge Parigi Roubaix gets thrown on for big gravel. A set of 33mm knobby Clement PDX for muddy winter rides.

Pink Goodrich

Although any road bike with 28c tires can work on gravel, here is my favorite for the really rough wilderness rides.

It's a Curt Goodrich frame that was brilliantly designed by Curt and DBRK. I am the second owner. The frame is fillet-brazed double over sized (I think) Niobium tubes, and is very light. With fenders, the frame will take 32mm tires with ease. I took the fenders off to accommodate the 35mm tires shown in the photo. The Pink paint was applied by JB and is bomb proof.
Thanks for asking about it.

This years D2R2 bike. It's a tribute to the Specialized/Turin team bikes used in '85-'86.

She's a '89 Team Stumpy w/Tange Prestige tubing.
