Question Any problems after the security changes?

I wanted to see if anyone has experienced any problems after the recent security upgrades. Please post these issues in here.

The one that I just ran into was when logging in using "http" and not "https", you get a message about an invalid URL.

Thanks Keith--when I log in, I get this message:

vBulletin Message
Invalid Redirect URL (http://forums.thepaceline.net/index.php)

But once I get that, if I just refresh the page, it's fine.

Not a problem for me, but different.

Edit: Just realized this is must be the same issue you were having.

Yes, if you login using http, you will get this problem. If you login using https, then it doesn't happen. I think this will be all resolved when I force all connections to go through https, but I haven't completed this task yet.

warren128 -- Works for me too and several different environments. Are you accessing the site via "http" or "https"?

I see the link shows "https".

I'm using Chrome on Windows 10.

It's trying to go to the wrong place, and I haven't figured out why yet. If you remove the "forums" part of the URL, it should be fine. Let me know if this works for you. It should be https://forums.thepaceline.net/usercp.php

When I sign in on Firefox on a MAc I get this:

Invalid Redirect URL (http://forums.thepaceline.net/)

Then I put Paceline in the search bar and when it finds the forum and I click in I am connected.

This is the same problem I mentioned previously. If you use "https" instead of "http", this doesn't happen. I will have this problem resolved soon.
