I recently rebuilt my front end. Put on a NOS Reynolds Ouzo Pro with 43mm rake to replace an original Real Design unit on a 2005 Litespeed Teramo. To my surprise the OEM unit was labelled as 40mm as I removed it. I can definitely feel a difference in trail/self correction while at speed. I haven't done a detailed measurement of crown height & ST angle however so can't say its all due to the rake changing.

Not that I know of, although I imagine the brands could seize on the concept for marketing purposes.
Different forks have different spring rates and flex zones determined by tube shape and diameter. Imagine a steel fork comparison such as a standard Columbus SL bladed fork vs. one with Columbus Max blades. I'm sure the same thing could be said about carbon forks. Fact is, most of your compliance will come from tire diameter and air pressure. Focus your experimentation there.
