Chris King BB - do I have all the parts for a GXP bottom bracket?

Paceliners, can someone double-check that I have all the parts required in Conversion Kit #9? I'm curious about the "stepped washer" in the left of the zip tip, that looks like a regular ol' washer. Should it have a distinct shape because it's called a "stepped washer"?

Appears that you do. The "stepped washer" should just have an id small enough to keep the stepped adapter sleeve from moving outboard. It doesn't have a "step" itself.

so they used to include a bunch of white nylon washers but its looks like the stepped washer (metal) top right.

Overall, I could never get the GXP kit to work well and ended up going with a native Kogel or Ceramic Speed bottom bracket.

The use of adapters to fit the bottom bracket to different bottom brackets was a huge turn-off for me. In the end, I suggested that my customers used a Wheels MFG. bottom bracket instead.
