PSA: Don't respond to scammers posting visitor messages
There was a new account STRIP78 who had 0 posts and was posting messages on user profiles telling users to send an email for an item. I assume they trawled through the recent WTBs in the classifieds and just spammed the accounts.
If you're interacting with someone you don't know, it's best to ask for images with a post-it note of today's date (an extra step to photoshop), or jump on a video call with them. See below images for some samples visitor messages to jeffreymcneiill and anthony.gibbon01: |

Thanks to slowpoke for pointing this out. This member has been banned.
As always these days, use caution and walk away if a deal does not seem right.

Been noticing a lot of scammers on Pinkbike too. I have personally dealt with 3-4 in the past couple weeks, they usually post at “too good to be true price” and can’t answer questions. It’s usually easy to spot but you definitely have to be careful out there!
