I thought I paid $252 for a brand new carbon fork to use on my Spectrum but when I opened the box earlier this afternoon, I was surprised that TPC included a frame for free...

Ben pal, thank you for gifting me with another Serotta via Clean pal and TPC, I really wasn't expecting it since I already stopped buying bikes a couple of years ago.

Loads of a clearance...my estimation can go up to 32 front and at least 30 rear.

Fork - Vittoria Corsa Control 2.0 30mm tubular

Rear - Vittoria Pave CG 27mm Clincher

Looking good my man. one thing though, that frameset doesn't have holes for Di2 - it's ETap only.. I got a line on some Rival AXS if you need.

EDIT: Or maybe in did not come with thru axles + headset?
Not that it matters at this price.

I think they may be going out of business, big sale on Di2 stuff starting last friday with prices I've never seen before. Some 105 and ultegra stuff kicking around still it looks like.

They didn’t have any of that stuff in stock before though - I’m reading more as them liquidating for others..

If that's the case and assuming that TPC is taking a non-negligible cut on the sales proceedings, that company is in big troubles given the sale prices

Stuff TPC sells as "new - open box" are most likely from an OEM that either ordered too many parts and/or is going out of business.

I should know better by now not to open Paceline during my 4am bathroom visit. Open box GRX ordered that I definitely did not need. Sure hope Ebenezer forgoes the Christmas ham in lieu of cold hard cashish.

Not made to work with something? That's never stopped Weisan before. Looking forward to seeing it completely built.
