Velo Orange hubs -- any thoughts?

I might pull the trigger on a pair of VO fixed gear hubs for sale locally. Anyone use these and have a ride report? They sure are nice to look at.

I purchased a fixed wheelset from VO about four years ago and they've been on my commuter from day one. They (including the hubs) are very pretty and problem free. Anything specific you are curious about ?

I'm a fan of the fixed/fixed layout (as opposed to fixed/free) and initially had a 18 and 20 mounted, to determine which worked best to keep me from sweating. Settled on the 20 and took the 18 off.

The hubs do seem to age well, I'd say better than other polished aluminum parts I have. Still look close to new when I clean them off.
