Campy levers with 9000 direct mount calipers?

moving super record 11 over to my madone 7 and am wondering if anyone has paired campy levers with shimano calipers....can't really find anything online specific enough to review. only comment is something about lever tension/pull with the campy's isn't great enough to actuate the shimano calipers?

Campy does now make direct mount's so maybe this is the route to go..opinions??

I have Record 10 to Ultegra direct mounts on my Canyon. Works fine as others have said but I will be upgrading to Campagnolo direct mount at some point.

I put Dura Ace direct mount calipers on my Parlee with everything else being Campagnolo Record.
Works fine...as per Old Potatoe...

Only problem I had was with the undermount brakes hitting the Campy non drive side crank arm. Just took a little but if grinding on the caliper to create clearance...worked great.
