Temple Cycles Road 2
This brand is new to me, but if I were in the market for a road bike, this checks almost every box for me (except for flat mount, but I realize we are a fallen people and we live in sin).
Reynolds 853. Powdercoat with sensible colors. Road geometry. 1 1/8” straight headtube. Clearance for 35s or 30s with fenders. All the right standards. External routing and nothing going through the headset except the steerer. Steel fork with cast lug crown. And extremely nice, practical builds - I can’t find any complaints except I would rather have a Brooks saddle and 160mm rotors. https://templecycles.com/products/road-2 Have to say it’s tempting. I don’t have the space…. Last edited by EB; 03-06-2024 at 08:06 PM. |
