Spoke Question (Just humor me)

Are any companies making spokes in the US?

I know DT has a production facility in Colorado but do they produce their spokes there?

What about Wheelsmith and Sapim?

Yes, I'm serious . . . just humor me.

I thought so but digging around shows that they have locations in various parts of the world and some of those locations are more than offices.

DT Swiss makes the Comp and Revolution spokes in the US, but the bladed ones still come from Switzerland.

In addition to the USA made spokes, there are a few USA based rim manufacturers (e.g. Enve & Velocity), plus several USA based hub manufacturers, (e.g. Chris King & Phil Wood), so it looks like there are many options for completely USA made wheels.

Spoke Question (Just humor me)

I thought velocity was from Australia, that's why they have the Brisbane 43 rim.

Yep EXACTLY!

I've been putting together an Made in the US (as much as possible) list for racing frames.

Stems, seatpost, hubs, headsets, cranks, chainrings, spokes, rims, brakes, cages, bar tape, all seem to be available.

Bladed spokes, modern gruppos, road handlebars, tires/tubes, clipless pedals, not so much.
