Champion System jacket sizing

Ok so I have to place an order with my team by Friday for the 2015 kits, and I wear a large jersey from champion system, but my team tells me that I should buy two sizes down for the jacket compared to the jersey, so a small jacket. I looked at the size charts from champion system and the large jerseys do match up to the small jackets, but I am still very skeptical.

Does anyone have any experience with champion system jacket sizing?

I haven't ordered their team gear since 2010 but the sizing for the jackets was 1 size smaller from my experience. Medium jersey (in a race cut), small winter jacket. 2 sizes seems extreme.

It sounds like the team has ordered in the past. Perhaps find a teammate that has the sizes you're interested in to try on? Also, most of the clothing manufacturers will send trial size kits for a "fit night" for clubs. If I was changing manufacturers, this is highly recommended.

Speak to brian cdn. He deals with a ton of their stuff and can assist you.

I would go so far to say he's the resident expert on this matter.

I wear a large Champion Systems jersey and jacket. I found that the jacket is pretty similarly sized to the jersey. There is no way I'd come even close to fitting in a small jacket from them.
