Texas! I bought my booties in AZ. I have had a pair of Capo booties I have used for 7 seasons, but they were starting to rip. In December I felt like I was not supporting the holiday bike sales so I bought two new pair of Capo booties from Competitive Cyclist. One pair of wind and one pair of rain. Probably take the rain booties to Seattle.
