Recommend me 650b rims?

I said I'd never need more than my current 700c wheelset, but I have a leftover project hubset in my parts bin that's burning a hole in my pocket.

Possibly looking to build up a 650b wheelset for long rides, fits 42-45mm tires (frame can't take much more), is light-ish but doesn't need to weight weenie.

I'm seeking the wisdom of the forumites here to pin down a set of rims for this build. Desired features that I'm looking for include:
  • cheap-ish
  • Light-ish
  • aluminum
  • 32 hole
  • clincher compatible (e.g. I'll be running tubes in these bad boys, so not hookless)
  • Offset drilling might be nice (using discs)

Current thoughts for rims so far includes the following, but I'm open for other suggestions:
  • Stans Crest MK4
  • DT Swiss 500db
  • Kinlin TL23 ASYM
  • Pacenti Forza Offset
  • Boyd CCC

Thanks
