OT: Educate me on CBD gummies

Just another data point - I did not find CBD to help at all with sleep. THC maybe helped a little but left me feeling crappy, did not like it, and found it a bit unpredictable in terms of how long it would take to hit me and how hard it would hit, even at a relatively low dose (5mg).

The only thing CBD helped me with a -little- bit was some arthritis pain in my knuckles. Used a CBD cream on them.

For sleep, if you don't want to go the prescription route and if CBD doesn't help, I'd try using a low dose of melatonin, like 1-3mg to start.

CBD doesn't help me sleep, but CBN does. I think shopping for gummies is like buying fireworks. The dispensary has a wall of packaged edibles in brightly colored displays. The brands in stock change, so tell the salesperson what I want based on strain, ratio, and strength. I've done 1:1:1 CBN,CBD,THC and my favorite has been 4:1:1 CBN:CBD:THC that has 20mg CBN and 5mg Indica THC. I get great sleep without feeling like I'm stoned.

Isn't the legal limit of THC in any formulation 0.3%?

I think in "legal" states .3% is not a limit.

OK - that's true. I guess I was just thinking in general vis a vis CBD products. If I were in "legal' states, I might not be shopping for CBD.....
