It is cupped because the top is dryer than the bottom. It will take a while to dry totally, and with some luck the top finish may survive once dry thru.

Keep a dehumidifier and a fans under and over until cupping lays flat once bottom dries.

From what you've mentioned, it's not entirely clear if mold is a significant issue at this point. But to be sure, follow the steps outlined in this guide on how to prevent mold after water damage, such as enhancing ventilation and using a diluted bleach solution to disinfect. This should help mitigate any potential mold growth.
