"Unbiased" in Swedish means "unabashed, 100%, life-long, all-out fan of The Zlatan"?

You could be right.
No Aguero and it is Bravo's very first game for MCFC, right?

Plus, we know that The Zlatan wants to make a statement, and that when The Zlatan wants to make a statement....*

*"What do I miss about PSG? The salary they paid me, that's what I miss."

So excited for this match and saturday in general

Arsenal made no good signings up top, maybe the south american guy will work out, maybe not, but i think the central defender they signed could be a beast, and he will help Ozil play better as well.

Then figure out how to best use Elneny, use Giroud in the proper role, and stop playing Walcot, then profit!

who's the City player pictured? Is that the new goalkeeper?

as for score, let's say 2-2 draw.

Yeah, that's Claudio Bravo. The Zlatan will be trying to scare the "welcome to the EPL" out of him from the first minute.

You really think a draw, with no Aguero and Bravo fresh off the Learjet?

Crazy stuff:
Summer transfer expenditures:
MCFC: 212.2M Euro; MUFC: 185.0M Euro.

Approximate combined salaries of the 22 starters:
710.0M Euro!

@Mzilliox: how much did Arsene spend?

Doesn;t matter much how much was spent.

But to me arsenal have lacked something lately, and that is a Patrick Viera like character in the middle. Folks talk about the strikers, but it was often late collapses, mental lapses, and a general lack of urgency on the pitch that got arsenal in trouble lately, not lack of goals. They need a strong presence in the middle who gets better when things get harder. Guys like Ozil, Sanchez, Ramsey, Cazorla, etc have not shown the ability to win big games in the middle.

Im hoping Mustafi will help in this same way in the back.

Zlatan

2-0 United. Zlatan makes everyone better --just ask him. He also sunk England.

How can you not love him?

Very true. I was just wondering, given that people seem to be congratulating Arsene for actually spending a penny this summer, if those purchases had actually improved Arsenal, versus their sales. I can't really tell.
I was a bit surprised to see that they sent Campbell away on loan.

I do love the guy. He is just so outrageous and, with Inter Milan being...Inter Milan...I welcome some actually talented outrageousness.

I'm beginning to think...forget just the World Cup, and that really any match "without The Zlatan is not a match worth watching."
So I will be TV-glued on Saturday.

both teams are in the process of rebuilding.
I've watched Guardiola closely the last 3 years. A "Pep team" firing on all cyclinders (i.e. current FC Bayern) would beat the current United in 8 out of 10 matches, but City aren't there yet. Pep has a long-term master plan and is unlikely to deviate from it for the sake of upping his chances to win one league match a couple of percent.

Mourinho is more pragmatic and also seems more determined to stick it to Pep than the other way around. Same for Zlatan.

So i guess the advantage is on Uniteds side for this match. Maybe not so in a year.
