Ok thanks that is what I was expecting. I was wondering if your power meter wasn’t calibrated properly because it seemed low.

Even if you don't use a power meter for training and workouts, the data you collect can be good to look back on and as a performance gauge.

For example, you can simply ride with one and collect data for now. If you get sick or spend time off the bike for another reason, you can see how your output compares once back on the bike.

You can also better gauge how you are performing independent of how you feel. You may feel terrible one day, but if the numbers will look fine you MAY not be in need of a lower intensity ride.
