That is gorgeous. I always liked the green, especially since one rarely sees that tint and you did such a great job with the decals and other accents. Can't wait to see this iteration take shape.

Looking at the photos of the refinishing process was fascinating. I have always been curious whether the tint finish was impregnated into the fiber, and now I know. I wonder if matte finishes are similar. Also, I agree with roguedog that it is remarkable wow much work involved in refinishing the frame.

Are you going to have decals, or are you going without?

That's it. I thought about decals, but when I saw that paint I couldn't bear putting anything over it. The badge and monostay details are enough for the informed rider to know what it is. Once built up it will make sense.

That's Awesome! Looks even more Custom the way you have it without decals. My Ottrott has some clear coat missing, maybe I will use this guy in the future if price is right. Way to go!

plus you save 70 billz
I blacked out the DT decals on my frameset, and removed all the others, it looks much nicer.
If I could get my hands on a headbadge, I would take em off completely.

Link to pics of my frame being refinished.

I saw his bikes up close as well and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
