I think it looks great. Keep going!
Yes, if you're going with the orange anodized handlebar spacers, it's almost wrong if you *don't* do the orange anodized seat collar. Btw there's no rules for bar tape, but if you want to be harmonious it should match the main color, or the accent color, or the saddle color. If you go with "coffee" tape you're introducing another color, so you would want a coffee saddle as well. Dark leather-brown (coffee) would work great with the orange bits, because brown is just dark orange. If the saddle is black stick with blacks and oranges for the tape. I wouldn't go for the orange spacers, that's one part of the bike you want to keep invisible, not highlighted. With the computer mount and spacers back to black you could consider orange stem bolts, although that might look a bit overworked.
Also, one more vote against the orange seatpost clamp. |

Orange is the way to go!
I would also suggest the brake rotor from Hope and then stay with Hope parts for the matching color. https://forums.thepaceline.net/attac...1&d=1707902965 |

Hope makes some nice orange bar end plugs.
And I like the rattlesnake tape from CampandGoSLow. https://www.campandgoslow.com/produc...esnake-bartape They look excellent together....currently on my Lynskey, with fresh tape and plugs in a box waiting for install. February 10, 2024 by SPP™ SlowPokePete, on Flickr SPP

go black or orange fade tape and buy some orange highlight bib shorts.
this tape from Planet X but I tried similar fade on a bike and it always looked half-assed. |

Dang!
Just ordered those Hope orange rotors for my bike. Should match nice with the Paul Klampers (black with orange knobs). Thanks for helping me spend my money! SPP

My recent build came with turquoise king headset, bb, and Wolf tooth seatpost clamp, green frame. I cannot stand the look of anodized parts other than black. Also between brands anodizing colors never match.

This is what I thought of immediately. That Supacaz tape is usually a very nice way to highlight color accents on the frame, without being obnoxious. And it’s really comfy ‘n durable ‘n grippy, too!

Black to orange fade tape, hope rotors and orange seatpost clamp are what I would do!

When *is* Matchy Matchy too Matchy?
I can't define it, but I know it when I see it.

Thread title reminds me of some fashion advice I got from an artist friend many years ago; she said
"Your stuff does not have to match ...it just has to go together." |

I've got some Bontrager black with white PolkaDots bartape (brand new) I'll send you for like $10 shipped.
And that's quite the seat angle. |
