Challenged Athletes Foundation ride

Greetings fellow Paceliners. Anyone out there ever do this ride? SF to LA. I'd like to but am daunted by the $12.5K fundraising requirement. On the other hand many of the participating riders clearly deal with greater obstacles.

I did the great Arthritis Foundation ride 2 years ago; a couple of Paceliners were instrumental in helping me meet my fundraising goal.

Any tips on potential sources of support/sponsorship greatly welcome.

Cheers!

Great cause. Always glad to see their athletes down at the Belgian Waffle Ride.

One of my riding buddies recently completed the AIDS Life Cycle ride, raising about 10 grand. He claims the fund raising was the easy part as he's only been logging real miles for about a year. I'll ask him for strategies/tips and report back.

Many thanks. It's a big help to work for a large company with a matching grants program. Unfortunately I'm a solo act.
