Tech question: SRAM Road Hydraulic Road Adapter (IS to Flat)
The frame had IS mount and the fork has post mount. So, I had to pick. Have the front fit and an adpter for the IS. Or, have the rear fit and an adapter for the Post. I bought post mount in the eTap groupo. I ordered an IS to post adapter at the same time.
But now that I am trying to install it. It is flat mount. I can't find an adapter. Am I screwed? Should I buy an IS caliper and connect it and bleed the lines? Does anyone make an IS mount for the bottom of my RED caliper (see picture)? |

Here is a good write up from BikeHugger. It'll help you figure out what you need.

Should I just put on post calipers
I feel foolish. I had not idea there was a new standard of caliper mount. Some mistakes are more expensive than others.
There is a set of SRAM Red 22 calipers for 100 plus shipping http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sram-Red-22-...19.m1438.l2649 |

Easy mistake to make.
Pickup the set on eBay and sell the set you have. You will likely be even on the cost. |
