Rear lights for daytime: Exposure:TraceR vs Cyrgolite:HotShot vs KnogBlinder
FYI I do have the TraceR and it is very bright, but I did get hit and I'm looking for something better.
The specs:
I know that these are just numbers, so if anyone has any experience with any two of these, then comments are appreciated. |

Dinotte. Game over.
Just had a motorist pull up at a stop sign saying he saw me from a mile back. Slow flash is plenty for the daytime and it lasts an insane number of hours on that setting. I never ride without it any more |

Ditto. And I have only the 300R, which is one model back from the latest.

Dinotte quad light.
Expensive, but 100% worth it. |

Thanks guys!
I'm talking to my LBS right now about Dinotte. If he can't get them, I'll order straight from them as there doesn't seem to be other options out there. |

I have the Knog blinder and it's OK as a light for being seen but my gripe is that the battery doesn't last anywhere near as long as they claim.

We seemed to have deviated from Dinette . . . . allow me to get that train back in order. Dinotte. Think nothing else. Ever. |

Anyone have the dinotte amber front light?
If so does it throw any light in the dark? Could you use it to go 40mph through a tunnel and not just rely on faith that there is nothing on the road? It's a really short tunnel but pitch black in the middle... |

I really like my dinotte quad rear light. It lasts forever and is really bright.

How long are you getting out of a full charge? I think I'm around 10 hours +/- on the brightest/flashiest setting.

Mine should arrive any day now. I'll give a full report when received.

When I've tested it on long rides and then leaving it on low (not flashing) I've gotten like 12 hours out of it when it was around 70 out. On a much colder day where it was snowing I got like 8. Now I use it on my commute on blinking mode and it seems like I never have to charge it. My commute is only around 40 minutes roundtrip and I only charge it every few weeks and it has yet to run out before I charge it. It is noticeably better in every way than all the many lights I've bought before. But it is also noticeably way more expensive, but I figured I use it five days a week in Boston and then on weekend rides so it came out as worth it to me.
