That is worse than I thought it would be, I wonder if waterjet would be better. I was thinking about having them make me something thicker, thanks for posting, now I'll do something else.

The cut on the outside looks almost exactly like a water jet cut with a heavily worn nozzle. But the massive burr has.me thinking otherwise.

Looks like what you said. The burr would not be unusual on the downstream end with a bad nozzle.
