That can't be a real riding position. After all, anyone can pull the seatpost out to the limit.

It's a new Passoni on their own FB Page. The stickers are still on the crank arms. It's probably not even set up for the customer yet...

That's a significantly bigger frame.

% wise I bet the drop on the OP bike is much larger.

Based on a "std." concrete block being around 7.5" high, that appears to be 7.5" - 8" of drop.

That bike isn't long enough along the toptube and the stem to be ridden as pictured anyway. Some rider who folds himself into half at the pelvis to ride that is gonna need enough room along the toptube for the other half of his body. Any art student could tell you that humans retain proportions within morphological bounds - and that bike's setup is way outta bounds!
