I wear this on some group rides, just because. Best $7 I have spent.

I agree that most jerseys are large ads or otherwise over the top. I love simple and understated jerseys and they are hard to find.

Too many horizontal stripes in their offerings make us portly men look all the portlier.

of all the jerseys I have ever owned

The Coltraine gets many complements. And reasonably priced too.

One of my faves:

PS: That "Coltrane" jersey is SO not Coltrane, to me.

isn't it all relative?

For me the question is - Why can't we buy the jerseys the pros wear? Most of the "team kits" sold are large, and made with different fabric than what the riders wear. I sweat a lot, and those summer kits from Craft, Sportful, Santini are SO much more comfortable than the thick, not-snug-in-the-waist jerseys sold in most sports stores.

I picked up the Team Japan Speedvagen jersey before the winter. Unique and fun.

The old Leopard Trek jersey was very plain and made by CRAFT and fit me perfectly.

Ornot has a nice jersey, but I've never seen it in person and probably never will.

Team IAM is the only pro jersey I'd like to get if I could ever figure out who sells it in North America. Movistar had a few nice iterations but I've never seen the one I like in person. (Muted with just the O2 logo besides the main "M". Also, I was working on a telco project with Movistar at the time so I thought it would be kind of neat but the only ones I saw in person were ugly, baggy versions of the jersey I didn't want.

Icksnay has some rad stuff. This is their first jersey (for the cat lovers out there).

Personally I love the buffs and the donut bandana!

I've been resisting the Ghetomoto stripey jersey but am going to break down soon! Love the look and wish there were matching bib shorts!

Huge Coltrane fan and agree that jersey doesn't make me think of Trane. Still pretty cool tho.
