Rear rack with fender tabs

I'm casually looking to replace my rear pannier rack. I'm using a Blackburn EX-1, but I'd like something that sits the panniers a bit farther back to eliminate heel strike. I'd also like a rack with eyelet to attach fenders to the rack itself, as the forthcoming commuter build only has one set of eyelets.

It looks like some Tubus models have that feature, but anything else I should be looking at?

The Racktime FoldIt has an extra hole in the mounting plate for fender attachment.
