Would one of you forum literate studs please tell me how to add an avatar? I've looked everywhere I have looked and found no guidance. Please point me.

yeah, the jerk needs one too.

Pick a pic
Make sure its the right size, otherwise it won't post
Go to your user control panel (User CP)
In settings and options, go to Edit Avatar

Interestingly enough...I don't see a field to add avatar...just "don't show" Save changes and Reset fields...

That bit just dawned on me as I was surfing the user CP in another window trying to figure out the problem to help you out. I see you have a disabled reputation Keno!
We used to know how to get avatars. I even wrote a little instruction post to help out.


Besides Keno...
Right now...I have *my* avatar.

You might check that edit avatar area...see what yours says than mine doesn't. I took a run through the shrubbery the other night trying to the text under my name...couldn't find that. Not suprised that the Avatar stuff has changed.

check out the jerk's reputation.....the jerk has a bad attitude.

To add an avatar...

1. Click on User CP
2. Click on Edit Avatar in the left column
3. Click the Use Custom Avatar radio button
4. Click on Browse, find the image on your hard drive, click ok
5. Click on Save Changes

And that is how you add an avatar!
