It looks like they cancelled part of my order without telling me (a set of midzero bib tights with chamois, small). i'm guessing it was an inventory thing since it seems like a popular sale, but my order status has changed to completed.

Here we are [three weeks] later, order hasn't shipped, and Sunrise removed my Subzero Bib Tights and RS vest as well. The bib tights were the only thing I really wanted, too.
 I have some regular length Sugoi bibs. I'm not wild about 'em. Screw em.

I just got a shipment email notification that "Processor 1" has sent me a package. I have no idea who / what that could be.
Anyone else get this from Mr./Mrs. Processor 1?  Could this be my Sunrise order?

Ha, I read that as professor 1! Didn't make any sense, now it is all clear. Hope I get my full order. If anyone gets a Zap long sleeved jacket in XL that does not fit, drop me a line.

I got this email yesterday too, and didn't dare click on the link.
If it's from Sunrise that would explain how my name/address got in there. I'm glad you guys got the same email and it looks legit.

So it appears that Processor 1 works at Sunrise Cyclery, I can't imagine naming one of my kids that but to each their own.

I, too, ordered the Sugoi MidZero Bib Tights in small. My order status still says it is "Being Processed (WH)". Fingers crossed!

My order switched from Being Processed to Completed. No email notification , tracking etc.... Will wait and see when it arrives.
EDIT: Have an active tracking number now.

I finally got an email from Processor I at stamps.com with a shipment notification. There was no list of items sent, but the charge processed was $15.84 less than the original order. Is that how we are determining the ZubZero tights aren't included?
