My point is your insurance company may decide your car should not be repaired by them so you get paid the fair market value but I don't know that they would add anything to that figure for an unexpired extended warranty. Does anyone know more about this?

I believe the MBZ extended warranty is transferable and refundable. I'm sure whoever steals the car will want the warranty transferred...
