Tires are on so 100kgf makes sense but also means with tires on should put them in the right amount of force. When I built them I know they did not exceed the recommended amount. I made sure of that.
Also I found the cracks when trueing the rim but it was more of an ocd thing as in it was not bad to beggin with but had a couple of spots that I was gonna hit since I had the wheel off to set it tubeless.
