Campagnolo crank question

I've got a white label super record crank. 4 screws in front, 1 in back.
Not that it matters but it is 175 length. It currently has 53/39 chain rings. Can I switch the chain rings out with 50/34?
I guess i need to figure out the bolt pattern.
