I'll take 2. I prefer cotton but not a deal killer.

we can vote on the banana later

personally I don't care for it but it's going to be small (<1") so it will be unobtrusive if it is there.

Hey J.

First off, thanks for the legwork.

I'd love something simple, preferably black.

Know you're getting more input than you ever need.......BUT

If you threw out a few options, one that checked the box for the multi color Banana/Renault crowd....and one that appealed to the more conservative with a minimum pre-paid buy in to trigger the order for either, and if we don't reach the number it doesn't get ordered.

Just a thought.

Thanks,

Geoff

Sure, what the heck. What does a 59cm helmet size translate to in hat size? Probably a large, right?

FWIW, I wear a 7 3/8 hat and I can wear a Small/Medium with no issue. Due to the construction, a L/XL fits me fine as well. It's just a bit looser.
Perfect... I'm in

The problem with two cap designs is it doubles the minimums and doubles the work for the graphic designer. And it injects more confusion into the discussion.

So we will stick with one cap design for now. If we get good response then we can do another round of something less vintage in the next round.

I'd take one too.

I have 3 Walz caps bought this past Mar at the bike show.
1 winter wool with ear flaps
1 thin wool (like suit material) - very classy looking
1 moisture wicking material

All quality products.

That's a small/medium. Same helmet size as me. But either size will fit. I have some melon heads who ordered my other caps and no one has complained about l/xl being too tight.

4 panel!

http://redkiteprayer.com/2010/12/the-cycling-cap-2/

Like RKP says- real caps are 4 panel and short bill.
The real deal caps are made by Apis in Italy.
One size, don't fit big heads all that well.
Minimums are large- like 10 dozen.
But caps should be bought 4 at once- not 1.
When a cap is faded' worn looking, etc.- replace.
Also, caps tend to lose it when washed. Another reason to buy multiples.
Just throw away anything tatty.
You can get Apis caps through Vermarc or Giordana.
