I didn't expect to see this today....

So, I've had my Crumpton 3 years. In that time, I rarely come across anyone who even knows what it is (I did have someone pass me going the other way who said "Whoa! A Crumpton! once, but other than that - nada). Today, however, I got even better than that. Came up to a light, a guy was sitting there, and what do I see? He's riding a Crumpton! The first one I've ever seen, other than my own. Cool day! (I'm the munchkin)

Looks like an "ugly contest" and I'm not talking about the bikes. Who won?

I love it. Rides really nice. Nick was great to work with. Mine isn't custom for me. It was a show bike that happened to fit, but he spent a lot of time with me making sure it was right.

AND... as luck would have it, I was riding today and saw him go in the other direction on the road! Twice in two days. That's just weird. We don't live that close to each other, either.

Dude! Bruce Spence rides Crumpton!

It's pretty cool when you're into something obscure and you just happen to cross paths with someone into the same.

I feel you, bru. Crumpt-on!
