Centerpull rear cable hanger for Cannondale

Building an early touring frame and was thinking of using centerpulls as I don't have any long reach calipers on hand. The seat binder is not very well adapted to the usual hanger made for steel frames. Does anyone make a hanger that mounts on the seatpost? If not, I may be able to make something that mounts to the rack bosses. Ideas? thanks.

Thanks. Exactly what I had in mind. Only problem is that it costs as much as I paid for the frame.

Use a cheap seatpost clamp that accepts a hangar and mount on seatpost above your real binder/clamp. A DIY funky monkey.

Use a heavy walled seatpost, drill through it and sleeve the hole with some bent stainless tubing (brake line?) connect it to the TT stop. A bit of constructeur style for a Cannondale

I'll go down and look for it. If I find it and it works for you, it's yours for postage.
