try test riding in sneakers...that will let you know if it's a cleat/shoe issue. Plus it's the easiest thing to do.

Carbon paste/grease the clamping surfaces of anything.

drip some tri-flow and/or lite oil where the nipples go into the rim.

valve stem rattling in the rim?

IS IT SOMETHING IN YOUR SADDLE BAG??

Sorry that I forgot to update this.

It was the seatpost!!
Apparently it was rocking forward and back or something.

I feel like I can ride my bike so much faster when it purrs...
