Looks like I'm narrowing my selections down. Cinelli 1A -17 deg stem, 42cm 3ttt Competizione bars, and a Campagnolo headset, are all in the works. I'll be leaving the seatpost as is. I'm eyeing a set of silver Velocity Aerohead/White Industries wheels in the classifieds, but I may hold off on that for a bit.

My main choice left is ergos vs. downtube shifters (existing brake levers are Campy, so "should" be easy/cheap). However, a quick look around shows Campy DT shifters are expensive/difficult to source. If I go ergo, I'll definitely want alloy levers-- 8 spd would match the rest of the group, but I'm not opposed to something more modern. Any recs? I'm not opposed to early 10 spd era Chorus.

You just missed a complete 10 speed Record group I sold locally. Everything except the headset. I had several things listed and they were going slow or for a song, so I am currently selling that large pile of parts I came into face to face. Everyone wants to low ball online.
