What qualifies you as this?

If you're 40+ but you never stopped riding and never grew a belly do you still count?

yep. I think if your not a pro then you'll fall under the MAMIL marker. Certainly to your neighbors. Mine think a 20 mile ride is an extreme distance. So smile, ............

I think their reporting needs some basic work. Phil's English born and bred as far as I know.

Mamil is narrated by famous Australian commentator Phil Liggett and documents cyclists from all walks of life discussing how they got into the sport and what it brings to their lives.
