What's new in alu disc road rims?
Any new rims out there?
Are the DT R460db still the go-to budget solution? Are the DT 411 asyms worth the $100 premium over the 460? Building a 24h pair for a woman, road duty only, no gravel/dirt. |

Are you going 10 or 11s? I have a pair of 24h hubs that could work if qr works for your application, just maybe..

I have a single Kinlin XC279 24h rim NOS.
It is 23mm wide - 28mm deep |

What's new in alu disc road rims?
For disc I happen to like Boyd Altamont and Pacenti Forza. Weights are respectable and tires are a breeze to mount.
Once nice plus of the Forza is that it's offset so it compensates for the front rotor placement and the cassette resulting in good tension all around. Boyd has two different rim depths/weights to consider. The Altamont lite is the lightest of the three. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
