For me the Voler bibs are a crapshoot depending upon the model. First pair was pretty good - nicely made for the price. Second pair is pretty bad - the chamois is like a piece of cardboard - stiff and uncomfortable - used twice - hoping they would soften and conform/contour but no luck -waste of money but was really my fault as I purchased them online - couldnt try them on - big mistake.

I think the bibs are great. I get the good black label bibs when they are on sale, and I have a couple pair that are years old and still in decent shape. I like the compression fabric.

Kucharik stuff is very nice as well. For the afordable. I have a pair of their 8 panel bibs with leather chamois and love them.

Wow....thanks for the heads up. I had never even heard of these guys but am now considering some of their commuter shorts. Thanks for sharing!
