It's hard to go wrong in the DC area...

Pick the shop that's closest to where you're staying.

I haven't been in Bikenetics, but they're out at the CX races cheering and carrying on

Awesome shop rides (ride what you brung, nobody cares or notices), awesome CX team has brought more new riders into the sport than any local team, absence of fragile egos, good mechanics, family owned shop. Yeah, they're good.
