Sonos is one of those items that is a little pricey but dang, is it worth it. I've used Sonos for about 4-5 years now and have it in 5 rooms in the house + the back deck. Mine are all Play 3's with a Amp connected to Polk speakers for outside. The sound is great for my not too discerning ears and I play from my computer, internet services and Tune In radio for NPR, etc. it would drop the signal every once in a while when I first got it but it works pretty much flawlessly now.
