Looking for bibs that can handle a slightly larger waist

I've been riding more this year, so I need some new bibs. I'm 5'6" and although I've lost a bit of weight, I'm still hovering around 157 pounds and roughly a 35" waist. Mediums used to fit fine (and I have a couple of older bibs to prove it), but I can barely squeeze into the current selection of Mediums AND the legs come down to my knees. Any suggestions as to any brands or models that might work?

Thanks,
Tom

Basically you are looking for something maybe with the legs shorter??

Hmmm my experience is that moa bibs are like in the shorter side, same than some models of de marchi.

Your other option is to get female bibs, those are shorter, maybe large female?
