I'm 6'4" and I too ride 58s for a race fit. 83cm saddle height and 240mm steerer. I usually run a 25mm setback post an d a 120mm stem with 90/100mm reach bars. For my crit bike i run a straight post with a 130/135mm stem. Fits great.

I picked up a custom bike recently with a 60TT/64ST with a 100mm stem and 100 reach bars and it's also a great fit with a much less aggressive position.

All the bigger guys here should really look into yoga and you have back/leg/knee issues. It does wonders for me and is far cheaper than physio.

e - older now, run my saddles at 855mm, and mostly only ride 60+ frames.

I'm running 130cm stem with about 12 cm of drop. I have long arms for my height and I like long and low.

I tell all my elementary school students who ask that I am 196cm... no one has done the required math to figure it out yet.

for AZrider, here's a couple grabs of me on my 57cm cross bike:

i'm a bit on the pudgy side, so i'm tall but not a long/low position because my gut is in the way... still plenty of saddle to bar drop, but Trebon I ain't.
no photos on the road bike, but i'll work on that.
