Did my local gravel grind this morning on this beauty. It is such a great bike. Looking forward to training for the Gravel MOB this fall.

I too really like the looks of this steed. What I'm curious about is how it absorbs gravel chatter, since it's carbon?

The frame is aluminum but the wheels and fork are carbon. With the tubeless Schwalbe the ride is very smooth. It is neat that one can choose from a 27 28 or 29 tire for this bike. I can't wait to try a larger off-road tire and a smaller road slick tire. Really enjoying this bike.

Very nice! Let us know how they hold up when things start getting a bit rocky.

Mosaic bikes rule. How do you like that saddle?

I'm loving the C17. I have been a staunch advocate of the Specialized Romin for years.

The C17 is everything I NEVER wanted in a saddle: flexy, heavy, old school rivet-look, no cut-outs and WIDE. Yet, it's freaking incredibly comfortable and supportive. I'm a changed man.

I borrowed a test C17 saddle from the LBS and immediately liked it for offroad rides. I ended up buying one for the Mosaic and another for the Signal dirt road bike. I'm almost tempted to buy a C13 for one of the road bikes but... hesitant to embroil myself in a carbon rails fitment issue with my current seatposts.

I hear you. The C-17 is not my cup of tea for the reasons you listed. But I have heard some positive reviews from two other people not including you.

I like their price. They are a fine tire. But I am really liking the Barlow Pass tires much better. Since they are tubeless you can run them at lower pressure and get a cushier and more stable ride whixh equates to a faster bike.
