IF 1 x 10 conversion. Ran it 3x9 for the last few years so it'll be interesting to see the change.

XT hydraulic brakes. XT clutch RD / 11-36 cassette and 32t NW Wolf-tooth chainring.

I've got a full 6800 group (long cage, 11-32, compact), Thomson/Ritchey cockpit, Brooks Cambium C13, and Paul Mini Moto brakes earmarked for a new build. Just put down a deposit for my LBS to build a set of WI T11 > Sapim Laser > HED Belgium C2. Things are really coming to a head.

Rider improvement! My bikes are dialed*, now it's time to shave a few pounds off me, ride more, and improve my skills.

*=after I install the Wolftooth Camo system on my Santa Cruz.

My '94 e420 needs a new water pump and it's been 3 months since she's been started, I've been putting it off for too long.

Other then that the bikes are running just fine

Something similar to this soon. Working on a custom build for a PEZ review.

British 'Bulldog' themed paint scheme with super polished Campagnolo Potenza component kit.

Also have a custom XCr frame with pre-production FSA WE Wireless Electric kit and new FSA carbon wheels. The bike will be built with majority of two brands. Us with our frame and FSA everything else. Save the tires, saddle and bar tape since it's a review bike and the guy at Bicycling wants his preference on the saddle and tires. The bar tape will be custom stitched Zevlin Z-Attack tape. Should be nice when done.
