Yes. Slightly more desirable with the toe strap loop. Also these look to have the original steel dust caps rather than the later plastic ones. Those dust caps, if not ground down in a past crash, can be worth more than the pedals themselves. The pedals can be disassembled (loose bearings) and completely overhauled. Be sure they are 9/16x20 and not French threaded, which used to show up from time to time.
Bottom line, if you have a use for traditional pedals, these are one of the best and you have one of the nicest variants. Better than the black-anodized alloy pedals that followed, because those would wear down pretty quickly and the dust caps were plastic. If you found some Suntour Superbe Pro pedals, they would give these a run for the money for quality but still not for classic appeal. The only variant of these pedals that would be more valuable would be the ones with the sharp toothed top edges on the cage; that's purely a collectors' thing because for practical use these are tops.
