The XD driver freehub body allows for the 10 tooth cog.

Can I run a 11x42 (11sp) sram cassette with an xd driver? Thank you in advance!

No, the PG-1130 11-42 fits a Shimano freehub.

The smallest 'big' cog in that stack is a 42, so your options are only 10-42. I've seen a bunch of gravel/endurance bikes come with that setup lately.

I have this on my mountain bike, and the gear spacing is OK but not great, although I'm not used to it yet. The shimano 11-42 is a little better, and there is a really nice & lighter weight XTR 11-40 available, too.
